Pleading Support and Writing assistance
We offer assistance in writing your pleadings or doing line by line proof reading support for employees who have claims in both the MSPB and EEOC forums. We also offer research assistance on specific cases. These services require an initial consultation.

General Case Review
We will review your specific disciplinary case and possible options with you if you are interested in doing that and are unsure where to go, or what your rights are. There is a chance that after reviewing your case, we may need to refer you to an attorney.

Reasonable Accommodation Assistance
Our office does offer assistance to Federal Employees who need Reasonable Accommodations at work, but are struggling with the process. We can speak with your Human Resources Department on your behalf with your permission and aid in guiding you through the process if you are having genuine problems. This service does require a free consultation first.
